I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication was nearly non-existent; they ignored my messages until I was forced to involve Tiket.com’s customer service. Despite their strict 3:00 PM check-in policy, which they claim is for “thorough cleaning and inspection”, I arrived to find a clearly broken shower head. I immediately took photos and videos to prove this was the pre-existing condition, as I didn't want to be wrongly charged. If the unit was actually cleaned or inspected as claimed, such an obvious issue would have been caught. It’s clear their “cleaning process” is either rushed or skipped entirely. Avoid this host. They only reply to chats if you report them to Tiket.com.Popular Facilities
