~Guests shall not be allowed to move the furniture in the unit without permission from the host.
-Only allow over 18 years old guest booking and check in house (except with family)

~ Keep Our Home Neat, NO shoes on your feet, kindly shoes OFF in our house. ~ Please switch off all the electrical appliances when haven’t in use or when you leave.
~ NO Events and parties allowed.
-Our house only allow 10people enter and stay,Not allow any extra guest and visitor
-if not follow our house,host reserve the right to forfeit security deposit
-our standard check out time is 11am,late check out after 11am per hour we will charges RM 20 Per hour
-Before check in our unit , we will collect RM200refundable security deposit By online transfer,when check out cleaner check everything good condition will refund same day
~ NO Smoking allowed in our house. ~ NO pets allowed.
