After covid, the surroundings have significantly improved, particularly since the announcement of the sin jb mrt line. Additionally, the management here provides shuttle buses between ciq, ksl, and other malls.

The building is excellent, however, the rooms are either too small or too large. I noticed a couple of cockroaches chilling outside the apartments, which was a major red flag for me. On the plus side, all the nearby restaurants, especially the awagyu place, are excellent.

Kamarnya besar, tapi perabotannya masih perlu diperbaiki, misalnya tidak ada penyedot debu atau tirai di kamar mandi atau peralatan masak, piring, gelas, dll. Kamar mandinya tidak begitu bersih. Tapi ada kolam renang di dalam gedung, ruang kebugaran, ruang pembohong besar, dan ruang baca atau kerja, areanya lumayan dan banyak toko bisa dicapai dengan berjalan kaki, dan tidak ada kekurangan restoran juga.
