  Rm100 for extra manpower and extra cleaning

- Guest shall to return the key's, access car
  parking & access card to original place during
  check out.

penalty RM100
*Lost access car parking penalty RM100
*Lost access Token or House Key panalty RM 50
*If remove the furniture’s/ something’s, pls put
original back, easy cleaner on time done
  the job, it not will penalty extra move back  
  fee(RM25/ things)
*Penalty will be impose if found any damages to
  the furniture , flexibility or lost of appliances.
Before check out make sure switch off the electric appliances, lock the windows and sliding class door when you go out.
