• Weekly Price of the property utilities is INCLUDED with the following limits: water 0.5 cubic meters per person p/week, electricity 150 kWh per apartment p/week, 1 gas bottle per apartment p/week. These parameters are usually more than enough for the week stay. Any usage over and above the set limits are payable extra at a rate of Euro 8.60 per cubic meter for Water and Euro 0.42 per kWh of Electricity.
• A refundable Deposit against damages and water and electricity bills is Euro 150 (if big young groups, Euro 50 per person). It is payable in cash on arrival and refunded in cash on departure after property inspection.
• WiFi internet and satellite TV are included and free of charge.
• The National Environmental Contribution Tax is Euro 0,50 per person per day (up to a maximum of Euro 5,00 per person per stay). This is payable on arrival
• No smoking inside the flat.
• No pets.
• No parties, events or loud noise
• Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you are not using them.
• Lock the door and close the windows when leaving the property.
• Be careful when using cooking appliances, heaters, or other fire hazards.
• Treat the property like your own home.
