Id like to praise ivan and jessica for being prompt and professional. Checkin was easy. The apartment was quite large. Ill start with the pros The building and area are very safe. 500600 so a fullsize bed with a separate full dining room and bedroom. Large bathroom with sufficient hot water pressure. Two large towels and two medium towels. Shower gel and soap are available. Large refrigerator, gas burner, dining table, barstools, and cookingware. Very cold air conditioning, fan, moderate flyscreentes with english channels, and extremely fast internet The apartment is very wellinsulated. Without air conditioning, you are kept cool all day. Many standard 110 watt wall outlets, a lovely balcony with a partial ocean view and two I plastic chairs. There is plenty of space for a wardrobe and luggage. Lovely roof terrace overlooking the ocean and pier. Excellent location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, convenience stores,oxox, and atms. Cons Water pressure is decreasing. I spoke to Jessica, hopefully this will be resolved during my next visit. Water pressure was low. Hopefully, it will be fixed. The restroom needs to be replaced soon. The rooms smelled like bleach and mildew. This is a flat. A key will be given to the entrance door, apartment, and in room safe. If there is a problem,

The Maps Apartments are amazing, right across the street from the beach. It's also right in the center of the nightlife. Everything is within walking distance. This was my first time here, but I assure you it will not be my last. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend this place. Excellent restaurants and clubs are close by, and a palms cabaret is only a block away. The beach is within walking distance on foot. The location is perfect. The employees are fantastic. The apartment was spotless. This is a great home base. People watching and incredible sunsets can be seen from the balcony with a partial ocean view.

This is a great bargain at prices comparable to those listed. I've stayed at maps apartments twice now. My first time was in the back apartment on the first floor, and this time I am in the back apartment on the top floor. The apartments are basic but cozy. The setting is ideal. The staff is pleasant, but you can let them alone. From the balcony, there is a partial ocean view with a famous pier included. After a hot, humid day, the rooftop area with the dipping pool is ideal. The kitchen is basic and lack of supplies, but I ate a few meals without a hitch. When opening the windows isn't sufficient, the rooms remain cool thanks to the air conditioner and fan. The wifi is the only drawback. Although the information sheet suggests that it only works in your bedroom, it may be more accurate to state that it only works in your bedroom occasionally. Staying here may be problematic for you if you have work to accomplish that requires internet access. This would be my first stop whenever I visit Puerto Vallarta if management would improve the wifi.

Amapas Apartments offers studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. We are located steps from “Los Muertos” New Pier and beach, in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone. Also known as “Old Vallarta”, this area has many restaurants, art galleries and bars, being one of the most attractive neighborhoods of the region. Vallarta's Malecón is about 8 minutes by foot and our International Airport about 30 minutes. Amapas Apartments has 19 units, a small pool in our terrace, with ocean and mountain view, concierge and free wifi connection in all units. A well-behaved small dog per unit is allowed. We speak Spanish and English.
