The property is located a couple of blocks from the bus stop, which happens to be a real big convenience if you want to explore Puerto Vallarta, San Pancho and Lo De Marcos, economocally. It is an easy 5 minute walk from the bus station to the hotel. The bus stop is right at where pretty much all the business's start, on the only incoming road to town. Pro tip: The buses vary is price, but expect to pay no more than 50 pesos for the farthest destinations . That's about two dollars. The place is clean and is an excellent value, the staff is friendly and the place is relatively quiet, compared to the town sqaure. You'll be with 100 feet of some grest restaurant choices, and almost directly under the studio's is a drink cart where you could grab a chair and get an ice cold drink. The one thing I disliked but got over quickly was having to wait for 30 minutes for someone to come give me the code, which could have been done over the phone. I also had an additional hiccup where I was lokced out, as were others, from the main door. The battery had died on the lockset. They did come and open after about minutes. I was a little tocked but got over it. They did come and change the entire lock out the following day. All in all its an excellent value, I think management and or the owner needs to be more cognizant that people can be exhausted after a long day of travelling, do have someone there is a much easier way to do business.

We were given a beautiful studio for our stay. Nice decor and only a block from the beach! It is at a busy intersection in the mornings right next to a school and construction so you get street noise by 7:30am. Make sure you read the part about having no front desk and needing to arrange checkin the day before. It was a little difficult for me not having cell service in Mexico; an email address would be helpful along with a phone number in terms of communicating with the host.

I had a great stay, there was a time where I had to buy a toilet paper roll. I had a few bugs visit my room and bed, but honestly I enjoyed my stay. Location you have everything right there, a store under the studios.

Sayulita es increíble, un lugar paradisíaco. El departamento no me gustó, no coincide la descripción de la habitación que se oferta, con lo que cuentan fisicamente las habitaciones (no WiFi, no kitchenette, no agua caliente), en general la habitación no es lo que pagué y nadie pudo resolver la situación, el personal con el que realizas el check in se deslinda de toda responsabilidad. No les recomiendo hospedarse aquí.

The good: Great location, a block or two from the beach and quick 5 minute walk to the plaza. Had a cold A.C. mini fridge, and wifi. Glasses and plates provided. Daily cleaning service, option for fresh towels. Very roomy, and clean, great decoration. Property manager was helpful for check in(see below). The bad: Was difficult to get a hold of someone a day or two before our arrival as the "number was out of range". Called hotels.com but they were no help, as they got the same message. The number on the site seemed to be outdated, so dont know if the propety or the booking site is responsible for that. Finally i got a hold of the propety manager Brian through the AirBnb app and he was super responisve and very helpful there. Check in was quick and easy with the detailed email he sent me, also included things to see and do while in Sayulita. Side note, the correct number is on propertys main door. The water pressure was low, but the water was warm or cold as needed. Shower drained slow so I kept the water off as much as possible as to not stand in a puddle. Had an insect or two on the first day, but killed one and one disappeared never to be seen again, no other sighting since that point..may have been squaters. i think sealing the windows and doors better. would solve this...otherwise super clean. Can be a little loud at night and in the a.m but its expected as you are near a few bars and restaurants. Overall pleasant experience and would recommend it.

Nice, clean, functional, spacious. Good location - 2 min to the beach, 4 min to town plaza. Practically no internet. 2 days ok, no connection after that. Contacted with all the details (WiFi Ok, no dsl connection) - got a reply: we will fix it. Called again in 2 days — oh, yeah, I will take a look. Called the 3rd day — oh, really? I will come over an take a look. A guy came over, called to the ISP. Said, it will take them 3-5 days to fix it. So, that’s it then.
