Wat een plaatje Midden in de medina ligt deze accomedatie verstopt. Vanuit de drukke medina stap je binnen in eem oase van rust. Superleuk personeel Lekker ontbijtje .Aanrader

Pros: Nice riad. Beautiful courtyard. Hassan, Mohammed & team were exceptional. Their service is better than 5 star hotels. Food is great at the riad. Location is in the middle of the Medina but the front entrance leads to the parking lot which is easy for pickup & drop off. Completely safe to walk around in evening. Would return to the riad if I go back to Fes. Cons: Rooms could use a little upgrade. Toiletries were not labeled so, its hard to tell which is the hand soap.

The place was amazing but Hotels.com messed up my reservation and I wasn't able to stay there. We arrived late as our flight was delayed and the guy at the front was wonderful and very helpful, but our booking was not there and we had to find another place to stay.

Fantastique, un accueil chaleureux avec thé gateaux plan de la médina et des explications. Une fontaine a eau filtré en libre service. Un petit dejeuner au bord de la piscine. Une entrée directement par le parking sécurité. Calme un vraie havre de paix on a adoré.

The Palais Shaman is a fantastic read restaurant. It has a fantastic pool, is extremely quiet and peaceful. The staff is amazing! They always assist you, offer you helpful advice, and make sure you are at ease. They will always have a good laugh with you. The food is excellent, and Sou and Azzdine are a very friendly person, full of energy and very helpful if you need anything. You will have a great time here! I advise you to come.

I had a great experience at this place. The location is very strategic. The swimming pool is clean and clean, as the staff serves so many delicious meals with a beautiful smile.

At this palais, there is a great restaurant called the palais shaman. It was very delicious. There are many foods here and I really like the food is very good. I'd also recommend the marines to visit. This place has a definite restaurant. But the price is worth the money!

The location is in the Medina, with all of the bars and restaurants and blue gate on the menu. The pool is great and the palais Restaurant and the food are great. On weekends the restaurant plays live music and has great fun. The employees here were great too. I'll definitely come back!

Excellent location: one side near the road where there is easy access to Taxi and excursions pickup and drop, and the other side opens to the Medina. Breakfast is lovely. Nice courtyard, with greenery and chilling music in the evenings, a couple of turtles. Friendly staff, even gave us an early breakfast takeaway as we had to leave for an excursion. Water filter for free - eco friendly so you don’t need to buy bottles! On the not so good side - we booked a family room but it wasn’t “available” when we arrived at night. 2 double rooms were given and effort was made next day to sort it out. Rooms are ok, but some are small.

The property overlooked my booking and put me in another riad which had no tv, no restaurant and looked run down. They moved me back to the hotel the next day and were nice enough to throw in a free dinner and a massage.

El personal muy amable y simpaticos. Excelentes personas. Hermoso lugar, paradisiaco e inmejorable ubicacion. Lástima el primer dia que llegamos, habiendo contratado habitacion de lujo, con una excusa, se nos trasladó a otro riad a 50 mts de muuuuyyy inferior calidad, escalera de 3 pisos, pidiendonos las disculpas y compensandonos con la cena y el no cobro de impuestos de esa noche. Ese otro riad, no había TV y tampoco internet. Muy deteriorado y con humedad y colchon viejo e incomodo.

Personnel accueillant. A notre arrivée, le logement ne correspondait pas à celui loué. Nous avons dû négocier à 2 reprises car les autres chambres proposées ne correspondaient toujours pas à la location faite. Super expérience pour le Hammam du Palais Shazam!!!!

The riad is in a very convenient location and walkable to everywhere. The staffs are nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. WiFi worked well. However the hot water is not enough for two people to take shower. You have to wait at least half hour.

Séjour en famille à Fès. Tres beau riad caché au milieu de la médina. Accueil excellent avec le thé. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié et les repas était tres gouteux. Il manque au riad un petit raffraichissement. Notre chambre qui devait etre une chambre triple n'était qu'une double, chambre jamais aérée...dommage.

Great place and privileged directly in the Medina close to the best places but feeling really like being outside of the small streets, very quiet, amazing terrace and well decorated with the swimming pool. The staff is professional, very nice, always available and the breakfast is very good like the rest of the meals.

O quarto era limpo, porém muito apertado (dificil até abrir uma mala). A reserva era com cama king e tinha cama casal simples. O teto do banheito estava caindo e com mofo. Funcionários muito atenciosos, ótimo café da manhã. Jantamos uma noite no hotel e foi muito bom.

Lo mejor el personal y la comida. Pero estuvimos tres días antes intentando contactar sin respuesta, y al llegar nos ubican en otro hotel por humedades. Falta de mantenimiento, iluminación en habitaciones, problemas de agua caliente. Muy mejorable todo, a excepción de la amabilidad y atención de todo el personal, así como una comida y desayuno exquisitos
