Nous avons choisi de partir à l’aventure et de ne pas prendre ni taxi ni voiture de l’hôtel... Nous nous sommes fondus aux locaux en prenant le bus de l’aéroport (30 dirhams par personne, tickets valables 2 semaines et s’utilise pour le retour), mais une fois arrivés au centre ville ce fut plus compliqué dans la communication. Nous avons donc arpenté les souks et les ruelles, ne pensez pas que c’est le même système qu’en Europe. Les rues ne sont pas quadrillées, les noms sont affichés mais difficile à voir de nuit comme de jour, sans oublier les cul de sac, mais ajoute du charme et du cachet à Marrakech (dépaysant et à faire que si vous partez avec des sacs à dos). Après 1h-1h30 de marche, en prenant la route vers le Fouquet’s nous y sommes arrivés. Un jeune homme nous a accueilli et offert un délicieux thé à la menthe avant de nous faire visiter l’ensemble du Riad disposant de deux terrasses avec vue 360 degrés. Ensemble conforme à ce que nous pouvons voir sur le site. Literie ferme (ça ne nous dérange pas, au contraire), personnel très à l’écoute et souriant, déco magnifique, petit déjeuner goûteux et frais, très bien situé dans le centre de Marrakech. Un conseil, télécharger des cartes (plans) à l’avance ou utiliser l’application Maps de Google (mettez vous sur mode avion, ouvrez l’appli et attendez; votre iPhone utilisera le GPS intégré et ne consommera rien, pas d’hors forfait, j’ai découvert ça à la fin du séjour). :-)

The concierge service was phenomenal. Location right near the Médina markets, a little crowded. We needed assistance finding this Riad but once we found it it was easy and safe to get around. The breakfasts were adequate to sub-standard. Attentiveness was very strong. Overall the place was a bit run down though we made it work and had a great visit for 5 nights.

Outstanding staff and gorgeous style and design! These 2 features make it a place I would definitely return! An elegant, classy, "boutique Riad"!! Checking in was fine, but guests should know that it is a 5 minutes walk from the nearest taxi/car access (LBoucha) to the front entrance door through marvelous twisty deserted walkways. The easiest is to call Hamza at the road and he will walk out and direct you and help with bags.

We have just returned home from Marrakesh after a wonderful stay at Riad Dar Bahi. The Riad itself is amazing - it only opened in January so everything is new and modern, but still has a classical feel to it. The staff are lovely too. Hamza is so nice, helpful and really did everything and more to make sure our stay was perfect. Souleiman was also extremely friendly and helpful. The both of them made us feel very comfortable. The location was great – it is in a quiet area with everything within walking distance. We walked everywhere and it never felt too long. Our stay at the Riad was made even better by Dora the cat – so cute and friendly! Thanks to all at Riad Dar Bahi for making our first trip to Marrakesh one to remember. Gaby & Ben.

Heerlijke riad. Zeer centraal gelegen in de Medina, maar eenmaal binnen is het een oase. Mooie stijl qua inrichting en verzorging. En zeer vriendelijke eigenaren en personeel.

Riad magnifique, a 10 minutes à pied des souks dans une ruelle très calme. Les chambres sont magnifiques, nous avons loué toutes les chambres (5 chambres) afin de le privatiser, petit déjeuner maison différent chaque matin, possibilité de déjeuner ou dîner sur place. Je recommande ce Riad et j’espère y retourner ! Encore merci à toute l’équipe qui s’est très bien occupée de nous !

Un espace raffiné, très élégant, décoré avec goût, chaque détail compte. Un propriétaire très sympathique, omniprésent, ce qui fait que le riad se transforme en un chez-soi. Personnel très agréable et généreux. Une adresse que l'on souhaiterait garder que pour soi, bien jalousement.

Very stylish & perfectly located Riad in the heart of Marrakesh. Calm, peaceful hotel despite of the nearby medina. Very safe & clean neighborhood. We really enjoyed the rooftop area and the beautiful pool! Special thanks to Fred and Hamza to make our family vacation really unforgettable. Hope to come back again soon!

Tout est absolument parfait dans cet établissement de rêve en pleine médina et pourtant parfaitement au calme. Frédéric, le propriétaire est très prévenant et attentionné. Le personnel est discret mais charmant et toujours à l'écoute. On se sent comme chez soi au Dar Bahi. La décoration est vraiment très réussie, alliance de modernité et tradition. La terrasse est idéale pour profiter du soleil et de la vue fantastique sur les toits de Marrakech. C'est vraiment une excellente adresse pour se retrouver à l'écart de l'agitation tout en étant proche des principaux sites touristiques. Seul bémol, le chauffage de la piscine est dépendant des problèmes d'électricité et à cette saison, la température de l'eau descend vite.
