Het is een pareltje in Marrakesh overal dichtbij maar toch heerlijk rustig. Het personeel zorgt ervoor dat het je aan niks ontbreekt. Er is een mooi dakterras waar je verschillende zitjes hebt maar ook rond het zwembad zijn stoelen waar je heerlijk tot rust kan komen met en heerlijk kopje Marokkaanse thee.

This is the second time we have stayed in Morocco. The service provided was very excellent. The place needs some renovation and updating to include more modern features like painting the walls, improving the floor, and adding new doorways which always open.

Ein wirklich schönes Riad, das sehr zentral gelegen ist. Bis zum Platz Jemaa El Fna geht man etwa 10 Minuten. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Die Zimmer sind zum Innenhof gelegen und somit sehr ruhig. Toller Pluspunkt ist auch der Pool! Zum Frühstück gibt es frische marokkanische Pfannkuchen und süßes Brot (ähnlich wie Brioche) mit Marmelade und Schmierkäse. Für mich als „süße Frühstückerin“ perfekt, wer es gerne herzhaft mag, sollte dies vielleicht bei der Buchung beachten.

Riad accueillant très beau agréable dépaysement total et calme tout en étant proche des activités séjour avec mes enfants de 11 et 5 ans et je recommande ! !!!! Personnel aux petits soins tout en etant tres discret et tres serviable. Je tiens à préciser car j'avais vu des photos et des remarques négative sur l'eau de la piscine en faite le petit carreaux du fond sont foncé ce qui donne une mauvaise impression car nous sommes habitués à des carreaux clair mais l'eau de la piscine est tout à fait niquel alors n'hésitez pas à y plonger !

All the employees are really excellent, so friendly, helpful, and caring. I cannot express how much I appreciate this hotel! A place where you can unwind from the hustle and bustle. Vibrio was exceptionally helpful in providing recommendations. Everything is spotless. Thanks.

I booked two nights here through application. The courtyard, trees, and pool area are quite tranquil. I think this was an excuse as the egos machine was not functioning when check-in required you to pay cash by quoting the euro, and that was an error. The rooms are shabby, no, the wifi is good, but the wifi is good. Breakfast is basic, with bread, two jams, butter, and one yogurt pot. On the first day, we had pancakes, but on the second day we didn't. Coffee and freshly squeezed oranges were tasty. The staff can't speak English, and they are nowhere to be seen. They did not ask to refill the coffee pot or bread basket during breakfast time. Details on application mention a restaurant on-site, but they have never mentioned it to us. Moroccans are extremely friendly, and during our Morocco holiday, we stayed in five locations, this read was advertised as a special treat, but it did not live up to our expectations.

I recently spent some wonderful days in Morocco with my two friends based on this description. We shared a threebedroom apartment that was perfect for all our needs, clean, lots of individual space, lots of linen, and great service. Vibrio in particular was absolutely brilliant, we practically don't know what we'd done without him helping us. We really appreciate everyone.

Although recommended by friends, we were repeatedly overjoyed by the staff's kindness and that of Elkaffir's manager. Gabriel has the ability to do everything to make these days a wonderful experience in his ability to deal with customers. He arranged for the pick-up from the airport, offered us a treat on the occasion of a birthday in our group, recommended good restaurants, and made sure that the bottle of wine was properly accompanied by cheese and olives when I order it. Despite being surrounded by the medina rumors, his reading was an oasis of tranquility with birds singing! And the evening prayers from the muezzin, which is quite close by, added to the typical atmosphere. The remainder of the party at our apartment did not hear anything! The read gave a fantastic starting point for exploring the city! Nothing could go wrong with a wonderful breakfast delivered in the morning!.

The Riad is unbelievably beautiful. It's an oasis from the chaotic streets nearby. The location is at approximately 10 minutes walking from the main square and market areas, which I thought was a good distance. I would not have wanted to stay in the medina. It is old, so the bathrooms are a little rustic, but, the rest of the facility makes up for it. Breakfast is great and is included. Friendly staff.

We had a lovely time at Riad dar el Assafir. The proprietor was extremely accommodating to our requests and needs. Our only minor complaint is that the wifi did not work in the Apartment area we rented. But kitchen staff were wonderful and the building is charming. It's great to be close to the Medina but not lost in the mazes of the souks. Would recommend!

The hotel is situated slightly off the main hustle and bustle, which is good as everything still is at walking distance. The hotel was empty during our stay so somewhat a bit too quiet and the small pool is not useful in winter months. Staff is very friendly and helpful. May be slightly over priced as well.

We had an authentic Riad experience living at this property in marrakech. The courtyards with plants, bird aviary and swimming pool as well. the staff were friendly and served us a great breakfast overlooking the courtyard. I had booked 2 rooms here. one for myself and one for my senior parents. when I arrived I was given 2 rooms on the first floor. since this was a riad, there are no elevators and a windy staircase to go upstairs. this did not suit my parents as negotiating lugagge and stairs was not an option. at first they told me there was no downstairs room available. then I called the manager. He would not refund me my money, stating where will he get a booking at this late hour. but did offer me one ground floor suite for my parents, for an extra 100 E for the 2 days. This room was much much better. with an upgraded bathroom. so we took it. my advice make sure to specify you want ground floor or first floor rooms when you book. we had no issue with the plumbing. but furniture and rooms could be updated a bit for this property.

Rummet var fint och traditionellt. Det låg nära till turistattraktioner. Tyvärr fungerade duschen dåligt. Det fanns ingen personal på plats när vi skulle checka ut tidigt på morgonen och vi hade förbokat taxi från boendet till flygplatsen som aldrig dök upp.

Piscine impraticable a cause d'une eau trouble et glaciale. On a pu bénéficier d'une assez jolie chambre car presque personne dans le Riad, pas de télé et la wifi fonctionnait à peine ... Petit déjeuner minimum pain et café qu'on a oublié de nous servir le jour du départ.
