Riad bien situé au bord de la médina . Nous avions choisi la chambre club assez petite d’autant plus que le lit gigantesque laisse peu de place autour. Ce lit était en revanche très confortable. Bref un séjour satisfaisant. Attention, ils ne servent pas de petit déjeuner. Nous sommes allés chez Mon Coco café, très bon pour les petits déjeuners.

Faltaban un par de cosas básicas en la habitación . El olor era un poco a humedad y entraba mucha luz porque las cortinas eran transparentes . Había bastante ruido que se filtraba por la puerta

Çarşaflarda ve yorganda kan lekeleri ve saçlar vardı. Çarşafların ve havluların değiştirilmemiş olduğunu düşünüyorum. Yastıklar iğrenç kokuyordu. Personel çok ilgisiz ve İngilizce bilmiyordu. Resmen "sizin burada ne işiniz var?" der gibi davrandılar. Hiçbir ihtiyacımıza cevap alamadık. Sıcak su yoktu. Tam bir fiyaskoydu.

This was a terrible stay. The heat was not working. Staff members were called several times to fix it but nothing. They couldn’t communicate properly to Customers. And they didn’t want to switch the room. It’s not a place to stay. Zero customer service

Room was like a dungeon and we found a live cockroach in our bed. We asked the attendant to change our room but he refused even though so many rooms were empty. We got there around 12 noon but they refused to check us in before 3 even our room was ready. It was a horrible experience, I would never stay there even if it was free.
