Where to start. The lodge is just amazing and could not ask for a better stay for my first visit to Pemba. The service is excellent and food is just amazing, with great hospitality from the start to finish there is not much that they can improve on. I would highly recommend nZuwa lodge to any body that wishes to experience a proper accommodation to unwind and to relax. Keep up the good work guys

At first thought the photos were much nicer than real life, but as soon as we had our delicious welcome drinks and incredible lunch, all worries melted. Highly highly highly recommend! Delicious food. Attentive and friendly staff, beautiful beach! Comfy beds. What more could you want???

We had a great one-night stay here. Delicious food, beach to ourselves, and wonderful staff! About 20ish minutes from the Pemba airport - contact them beforehand for a transfer.

We had a great experience at the newly operated Nuna lodge. The nuna community is under new administration, and it really shows! The barrestaurantpool area has seen significant construction in comparison to our previous visit. Cecilia produces some of the most excellent cuisine, warm hospitality, and friendliness. Cecilia, in particular, appreciates her work as an amazing chef and host. She never fails to make a point of wanting to exceed herself and everything at nuna was a pleasure. The superb management and administration of the lodge contributed to everything that made it an unforgettable experience at Nuna. In addition to the stunning surroundings and outstanding administration, the staff is also friendly and helpful, striving to accommodate your every need.

I heartily recommend spending some time here. We remained at Nuna about two years ago, and aside from the tranquility, there wasnt much to cheer up! We decided to reserve again for five days while on a business-pleasure trip to Pea after learning that it was under new management and things were much better. When we arrived, what a pleasantly pleasant surprise to learn that everything else had already finished and that the location had turned out fantastic. In addition, the personnel is currently well-trained, and nothing is too much to do about them. The cuisine is truly outstanding, and the menu has significantly improved. Stefano, the staff, and Cecilia, the manager, and the head chef, go above and beyond to make the visitors feel at ease. The chalets have been kept immaculately clean and have air conditioning. It is unquestionably a must-see for a couples getaway because of its pure beauty and character. For what you get, it is fairly priced. Congratulations to Cecilia and her staff for bringing new life into this facility.

We will definitely stay here again. Very peaceful and relaxing place. All the areas are very clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive. My. Andrew the owner is always very attentive and concerned about our wellbeing. The lodge is literally on top of the dunes, less than 100 meters from the sea. At one point or another, it needs little maintenance, nothing that detracts from the stay.
