We stayed in Unit 5, and upon entering the building and the apartment were completely satisfied with the contemporary design. There was a washer and dryer and a large outdoor seating area with a barbecue. The unit was close to the lake and the downtown area. Highly recommended. The only items missing were barbecue utensils and a cleaning brush.

Great apartment in Wanaka. Well located, clean and comfortable and warm (heat pump). Spacious for family and reasonably well equipped. Excellent to have washer and dryer. Off street parking is available (could be more clearly allocated to units). We were downstairs and there was an adjoining door to the apartment upstairs which banged every time they came and went, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise it was quiet.

I booked a room for two nights. It's a good value for money as it's a little away from the crowded lake. Double-storey apartment with 2 bathroom toilets. Everything looks very new and clean. Unfortunately, the lake Tanaka was flooded at the time of our visit, so we didn't have the chance to tour the area. The best place to explore Queenstown. Very close to lavender farm and bizarre world.

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. The location is great because the main shopping center is only a 10 minute walk away. Apart from the usual fridge and microwave, this apartment had an oven and a washing machine with a built-in dryer. The latter is perfect for extended stays. The living room had a heat pump, which effectively heated the room. However, because the motor is outside the bedroom, it can't be left on all night, but this might only be required if very cold. There is a deck and swimming pool, which is wonderful in the summer. Even during my nine-day visit, they do not service the units, which some might not enjoy. I would return to this hotel.

We didn't really enjoy staying here, but I suppose there were advantages and disadvantages. We've tried to outline them below. The location is decent, and it's close to the city's center. The upstairs units offer hill views. The apartments themselves are excellent, luxurious, and have a full kitchen and living room in the larger units. However, the cleaning could have been improved, there was enough dust to write my name in the spare room and at the back of the bedside tables in the main room. If you want to have confidence in where you stay during these busy times, I believe an extra couple of minutes spent would have been worthwhile. The washing machine was moldy, so further cleaningwise would have resolved this. We stayed for four days and never had a parking spot, so we had to park on the street. Perhaps labeling them with unit numbers might help? A lot of the furniture was in very poor condition and let the place down because it was as if a wealthy person had built the apartments and then a poor student had furnished it. This is more of a management issue, I suppose oddly, there was no soap or body wash in the shower we had to go and buy some. Given that there was soap in the bathroom sink and dishwashing liquid in the kitchen and flannels to wash with, it seemed strange that no soap products were provided in the shower, again giving the

Enjoying the relaxing panorama of Tanaka and the mountains. We stayed in a cozy and cozy 4 bedroom hotel with 3 nights with a bathroom provided. The following time, we will stay longer. Tanaka is a simple 10 minute slow walk with many restaurants and relaxation options. The Patagonian single cone icecream is a treat with two scoops and is perfect for everyone's hunger.

Very nice accommodations - very modern. What we did not like was the you feel you're on top of other units/apts in complex. While sitting out on the lovely deck, you can literally see into bedroom windows opposite and below. Other decks are just a few yards away and if there were people out it'd be uncomfortable.
