Amazing attention to detail for a specail retreat. Enjoyed the fire, views, quiet and spa. Nice to have an electric lazyboy and smart tv. Cooking facilities are good. Bathrrom os lovely. Blinds could be improved, getting a little tired but servicable enough. A fabulous relaxing stay, i have recommeded to friends, and I'm keen to return myself!

My wife and I decided to stay at the Coastal Chalets because of its remoteness and proximity to the far north. We found the place beautifully maintained, with a lot of privacy, quiet and beautiful scenery. We were in Suite C. It was spacious with a luxurious shower, full kitchen, bbq, spa pool and other amenities. We found it was a perfect spot for a romantic get-away. They're also a stone's throw to some truly excellent Indian food ("Spice Grill" in nearby Kaeo). Great place for dinner if you don't feel like cooking. We also found the manager was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. Highly recommended!

This place is near the Bay of Islands. Although the comfort is quite impressive, there are many outdoor spaces that are open to the public regardless of the weather. This last time we were away for 2 months, it was the nicest of our trip. Even though the surroundings are breathtaking for motorbike tours, beaches, bays, and islands, the atmosphere here is so beautiful. It makes us feel warm and cozy.

We remained in suite i for two nights. Despite the fact that most of the reviews are completely correct, a few things still need improvement. The window blinds are damaged, worn out, and do not close properly. The walkin shower is decent, but rather than having to slide them onto the end of the vanity unit, the shampoo and soap need to be held on a rack inside the shower. Given that we had been traveling for a while, having a washing machine would have been a huge plus. Also, be careful, but cattle on the neighboring farm were extremely loud and loud. Due to the drought and hot weather, we suspect they were hungry. This is not a complaint, just a question and warning to those who are new to being in the country. Having said all of that, the area is excellent, the gardens are wellkept, and the outdoor deck is a really enjoyable place to sit and relax with a glass of wine. There is a spa, which we didnt use, and a bed, which we did. It was greatly appreciated that we had a full-sized refrigerator. The wifi functioned flawlessly.

Our vacation in chalet I was so amazing. With a view of farmland and whangaroa harbor distant in the distance, we stayed there. The chalet was clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need for a truly relaxing stay. Many dads and cos are available for your enjoyment, and there is a covered deck with many outdoor furniture. With a glass of vino in hand, you can enjoy the view from the spa. Several luxurious bathroom amenities, coffee, tea, and other amenities are accessible. Numerous gorgeous northland beaches are within walking distance. We even received a welcome gift. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing time, and we'll return.

Where to begin? We exited the vehicle exhausted from our lengthy journey, allowing ourselves to see the heavenly view for ourselves! As we entered through the door that had been left open, thanking our hosts for their kind gesture, we were clearly expected. There was more. There was lovely music playing, and candlelight had been provided. Jeff and I arrived on Christmas Eve. We remained for five days, and any less time would not have met our utter need to get away from everything. We actually relaxed rather snugly after we eloped! Our cherished hosts, beth and jon and Brucey 4paws, were angel-like. They obviously sensed our arrival, but they left us alone in peace. They were a very friendly, down-to-earth couple when we did cross. We both assumed we had missed out by not inviting them to join us on our christmas evening bod because we didn't meet them until Boxing Day. Such an observation does carry some weight since I am a bit introvert. I recommend you to go there and take the time and effort to do so. You won't be disappointed, it will go above and beyond your expectations, in my opinion. Again, I've traveled extensively and am reasonably certain that I am suited to comment, so don't wait put it on your bucket list today! Greetings from Vicky and Jeffrey ex no
