It was cozy. Not fancy but just right for us. It is in a great location to use as a base for the whole area. We appreciate the laundry and having our own kitchen. The hot pools and cold pool were an attraction and out the back there is a path to a beach on the lake. Good value for the money.

I've been to other accommodation within Rotorua and this is my favourite. I love the mineral hot pools here that are filled up every day. The minerals in these pools are great for you rather than soaking in chlorine. The tiny cute walk to the lake is lovely too and very short walk/drive to the shops. Will most definitely return again and again. Thanks : - )

We've been going to Cosy Cottage for years, both camping and in the cabins. It's clean, it's peaceful, we love waking up and enjoying the hot pools, and the proximity to everything in town. A must stay when in town.

Great location to stay in Rotorua. Far from the smell of the thermal vents and the room and its amenities were perfect.

We really enjoyed private, quiet, garden setting. Spas and pool were lovely and clean. Beds were comfy On the downside, shower pressure was low and water not hot enough. Our milk and drinks froze. Someone else parked in our spot on last night. There was no cleaning and on new towels given over three day stay.

Great location just behind the lake. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Front desk was very helpful. You are in Rotoura so please take advantage of the outdoor steam oven! You can get a Dutch oven from the front desk to cook with. Definitely will be staying here on our next trip.

It's very disappointing to be here, but the location is very strategic a few minutes from town and Lake. Not good as a camping location. However, the space inside is tiny and not the best one. The location is also not ideal for campers because it's not ideal for caravans. The facilities are good though a bit broken in parts. Besides that, the hot pool is a plus.

The property was very clean, tidy and staff were very accomodating. The facilities were ideal, and only 2 min walk to the lake. They also have Hangi cooker available for hangi, steamed Fish, Mussels etc - Excellent and worth the money.
