I highly suggest this motel if you are looking for comfort and relaxation. The receptionist is really friendly and helpful. My apartment is clean and modern, and the king bed is very comfortable. Sentry Hill is away from the city center, but only a 13-minute drive away. Very quiet and the outlook is countryside and taranaki. I couldn't have asked for more on very short notice, just after christmas, my own booking somehow got lost in the ether and I was forced to spend two nights in my car.

The room was quite ordinary and tidy, spacious. It was in a block with backtrack rooms with a verandah. It was probably built some time ago, and the odd thing is there is no window or air vent in the bathroomtoilet, so the walls became damp pretty quickly. It's not difficult during this time of year with mild temperatures and no rain, but in colder wetter months it may be less pleasant. The location was close to the airport, around 10 km north of rp, where they seemed to be a little late to check that the reservation was confirmed.

This is a small village that is located near a new plymouth city. The surrounding area was really peaceful and the setting was quiet. Excellent well maintained units with high-quality fixtures and fittings. I highly recommend this place. The restaurant and bar are very impressive. The food is delicious and the variety is wide, and the next morning, the breakfast is the kind of breakfast that will make you stay all day long. The staff is very friendly, and the complex is well maintained and tidy. The dining room's plaster ceiling in the older building with the restaurant and bar restaurant is breathtaking. A credit to the plasterer's work.

We made our experience enjoyable and felt at home thanks to the assistance in making a reservation, the friendly greeting, the tidy, spotless, well-equipped unit, and top-notch beverages, milk, and lovely shampoo and soaps. We received a warm welcome, a tidy, tidy, well-equipped unit, and excellent beverages, milk, and soaps. The bed was comfy, and the towels were luxurious. It was a lovely added touch to have matching cups, teapots, and trash cans. All of the refrigerator, microwave, plug-in appliances, and pots were of excellent quality. We were fortunate to have a corner unit with a view of the fields and sunshine. Others had used and greatly appreciated the drop-off and pick-up services. Traffic noise wasn't intrusive even though it was close to the main road. There is a lot of parking and quick access. The website claimed that there was food and other amenities available, but we were unable to see these options when we were there. As a weekend vacation without other accommodations available in New plymouth, the cost of 165 dollars per night for a tiny studio apartment seemed excessive.
