The hosts were lovely and very accommodating. We had a bottle of wine waiting for us, along with the premade breakfast for the day of our Milford sound excursion. The location is Peter to situated out of town and the complimentary breakfast was also great. Would stay back here in a heartbeat.

Such a lovely and quiet place. The staff are more than welcoming and friendly, the girls of the breakfast were always lovely and kind. The room was clean and we had a wonderful time there (the view from the window is just spectacular).

Beautiful place to stay, the property itself inside out and the views are amazing. Parking is well organized and safe / easy in this hilly town. Really appreciate the complimentary breakfast (cooked individually and served hot!) , and laundry facilities. While our stay there was a wine tasting opportunity (complementary!), we had fun time and made some friends with other guests. Strongly recommend everyone!

First impressions count. We were greeted by Cilla and she took us on a tour of Queenstown House. Our room had a great view over the lake, was spotlessly clean, large comfortable bed and a good size bathroom with walk in shower Breakfast was cooked to order and was very good. Staff were friendly QH is on a hillside and it's a short walk down a very steep hill to the main street in Queenstown. Walking back up the hill might prove a challenge for some, but Ubers are easily available for around 11 dollars,which is well worth it. We had intended to do a lot whilst in Queenstown, but the weather wasn't great and we were tired from our previous weeks travels. We were able to fully rest and recuperate at QH and only went into town at the evening for something to eat. If you want to stay close to the town centre, QH is a good choice, and you can park your hire car at the property's free parking spaces.

They went above and beyond. They accommodated our late arrival. We were given very specific instructions on how to park and gain access to our room. It all worked perfectly. Our room had a glorious view of the lake and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and they provided a variety of options. Our view from the breakfast room was lovely. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Breakfast staff brightend our morning with her kindness! :) In general, all the staff was very helpful and supportive. Upon our arrival we we're given a quick tour with many helpful information for our stay. The room was clean and spacious with a gorgeous view. Totally recommend.

The staff, room and facilities were spectacular. The room was lovely and cosy, the perfect location for my stay, and beautiful views over the lake and hills from the breakfast room. The breakfast included was excellent, and all the staff I encountered were delightful and so helpful. The whole stay was wonderful and I was super happy here.

Great staff . A last minute booking and we were so pleased to get this accommodation. Nice to have a bath . A large fridge / freezer .I couldn’t imagine using the freezer space . Included breakfast was excellent.No need for lunch .

This place is a treasure. Fluffy dressing gowns, lovely staff, spotlessly clean, beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to sit. There are free canapés and wine tastings which was a great way to interact with other travellers. The staff all went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!

The room was spotless and the staff were amazing! The breakfast included as absolutely delicious. Everyone there is so friendly and communicative. The location is perfect since it’s less than a 10 min walk to downtown. Had a great stay!
