We booked a stay in this apartment after our cruise ended in Auckland. The location is on the Princes Cruise Ship Dock so it is very convenient. The city and water views from the apartment are spectacular. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. The carpet shows some wear in areas and while there is an elevator there is one stairway in the apartment. Restaurants are within easy walking distance as is Queen Street for shopping. Highly Recommended

I was a little disappointed We booked a room for 6 people and there was only 2 beds. Otherwise the room was okay for what we needed.

The location was very convenient for the Viaduct in Auckland. The communication from the management team was really poor. The instructions for parking need to be made clearer especially directions to the lift access on Level 3. We had to drag suitcases up stairs as we didn't know where the lifts were situated. If you're an overnight stay, you should have more detailed instructions.

Great locations: If you are taking a cruise ship from the Princess Wharf, you are just steps away from the cruise ship check in area. If you’re checking on at the Queens Wharf, it’s about a 5 minute walk (you’ll be able to see the ship from the unit). From the unit it’s an easy walk to just about everyplace you want to see in the CBD. The washer/dryer in the unit came in really handy! It was also nice to have fridge and microwave over for leftovers. The only issue we had was the first night when we were trying to find the lockbox for the lobby entry door fob. The directions given by the owner weren’t very clear. The lockbox is located inside Ando #2. Once we got the fob the rest was easy. Note: this unit is owner managed and not part of the hotel. We thought we would be able to store our bags at the front desk after check out, but there was no front desk. Fortunately we were able to leave our bags in the unit until it was time to check in for our cruise.

The property was in a great location to the event we went to. But the unit is in need of some TLC. And a better clean. It was tidy but a few things let it down. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on and shower pressure was good.

If you like standing around for an hour in the rain at an empty lockbox with no key in it, sticky floors and half smoked cigarette's in the pull out sofa that your children are about to sleep on then this is the place for you!

Firstly we booked the under cover parking. When we arrived the parking swipe key was not in the lockbox. We had to ring to find out what had happened. It turns out the swipe key was in another lockbox to no-body thought to tell us. The toilet was in terrible condition. the wall under the cystern was open, the cystern cover was on the floor. It was hard to work out how to flush the toilet as the button was not there. The bed and the pillows were too hard for a comfortable sleep. We have stayed at several properties on Princes Wharf before and have good accomodation with all the others. This property was dissapointing and we will not be using this property provider again

Was not sent information around carparking that we had paid for. The night prior the vendor tried to charge my CC for an extra $300 , even though the booking was paid for through Expedia. When we finally got to the carpark, someone was already parked in the spot. We had to contact vendor to organise it being moved. The apartment itself was average. The toilet bowel was broken. The shower caulking had black mould. The sofa bed had dirty cushions. Do not recommend

If there was a minus 100 rating, even that would have been good. The apartment was full of black mold, smelt of cigarette smoke, and carpets and furniture were stained. If you decide to stay here ... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. It's rubbish, rubbish, rubbish. I do not recommend it, and I have requested a full refund as we could not stay the night there. If no refund is obtained, then we'll take them to the Consumer Council.

I sent an email to say that I did not stay at the property. The original email that I received said that I could use the stairs or the elevator. The elevator was boarded up no one could use it. I am 77 years of age and use a walking stick so was not able to stay there. I tried contacting the manager but was unsuccessful. I had to find other accommodation. All up I paid out $1500 in hotel accommodation. I think my money should be refunded. .

You cancelled my booking at this place due to some bathroom issue. This was very inconvenient to me having just arrived by cruise ship so I had to make other arrangements. I was uncontactable whilst at sea. Someone could have met me at the establishment to explain or put me somewhere else
