We only spent an evening here but really enjoyed it and would come back without hesitation. Room with private bath was very well appointed and staff super helpful. Check in times are confusing and thank goodness for Expedia staff who helped. Communication with the hotel (ie email or by phone) could be improved but a great spot to stay at on a budget.

We stayed in Room 301 & it was perfect for our family of four adults. They had everything we needed to be comfortable. Rooms were clean, staff very accommodating & friendly & the location was close to everything you needed. I highly recommend this property & I'm picky!

Everything was perfect - shared bathrooms so clean with hot soup complementary, muffins and popcorn also and the kitchen area is amazing. Only 2 years old! Fabulous.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, great internet and large TV. Right in town so close to eateries, bars and helicopter flights. Friendly staff. Compensated for broken coffee machine by giving two coffee vouchers and a $20 voucher for a food place in town.

Wonderful welcoming common areas, clean and well equipped and space for food to be stored etc. Nearby spa and facilities and when moving often the staff were really great and did laundry for us although arrived late and stayed only one night. Really friendly and helpful staff
