We arrived at Finca San Juan for the last 3 nights of our two week trip around Nicaragua. When we arrived we were so happy - the resort, property and staff were amazing right from the start! The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had a garden view of the volcano steps outside our room. The showers were hot and each day we got clean towels and cleaning service. Each morning we were greated by the most beautiful white horses and cows grazing off our back deck. The restaurant had a beautiful view of the lake and served the most delicious meals. The free breakfast was a great way to start the day and would 100% reccomend the Whole Fish for dinner! There are shaded chairs on the lake front attached to the property, a great way to spend some time relaxing. The water was clean and warm and refreshing. The birds, butterflies and vegetation gave it a wonderful tropical feel. To cap it off, we were treated to nightly views and sounds of the local howler monkeys! We will definitely be back and excited to recommend this to everyone who travels this way.

Beautiful property, stunning views of the lake and volcano, comfortable beds, the family cabin we stayed in was very big. We felt right at home. The food from the restaurant was delicious, we had the included breakfast every morning. Lots of monkey on the property to see. Can’t wait to return

The ad states shuttle available to the airport. We had to pay for a taxi to and from the ferry. They set the taxi service up, but it was not a shuttle. Otherwise, it was true to the description.

Staff was amazing! The rooms and bed comfortables and the lighting was warm. A relax ambiance immediately hit your senses. Hammocks in the front of the room inviting and took a two hour nap shortly after arriving. Shower was one of the best I had in Nicaragua. To complete the showering experience, missing shampoo and conditioner. Dinning phenomenal. Bar well stocked. However the hotel has room for improvement such as improve the 2km driveway and stairs heading to the lake and some dencing need attention. Amazing staff! I would stay here again here for a least a month if i could do it again.

This place is great. It’s near the water, beautiful and the service is great. A few things to know: It’s a little drive off the main road and the road is quite rough so if you have a car, you will need to take it slow. Cell service is spotty and wifi is only available near the restaurant. The beds aren’t great (none of them have been on our trip - might be a Central American hotel thing).

Les seul choses de négatifs ces le coût pour la nourriture de la restauration.( petit déjeuner gratuit) Et l'entrée pour ce rentre à l'hôtel. Tu sort de la route pour emprunter un chemin dans une plantation banane. Chemin est mettons correct pour un p'tit véhicule mais appart sa absolument rien à dire. Je met quand même un 5 étoile.
