• NO ROVING THE ENVIRONMENT.
• NO PARTIES.
• NO DECORATION OF THE APARTMENT.
• NO INTRUSION INTO NEIGBHOURS PRIVACY.
• GUEST MAY PACK ONE CAR IN THE COMPOUND.
• NO PARKING OF VISITOR’s CAR IN THE BUILDING.
• GUESTS CAPACITY IS A MAXIMUM OF 6 for three beds and 4 PERSONS for two beds
• NO OTHER OVERNIGHT VISITORS, OTHERWISE CHARGES WILL APPLY.
• DAMAGES SHOULD BE REPORTED.
• LIGHTS AND APPLIACES SHOULD BE SWITCHED OFF BEFORE GOING OUT.
• GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE SUSTAINED TO THE APARTMENT
AND ITS FURNISHINGS DURING THEIR STAY.
1. 2. 3. 4. Party is not allowed in the apartment (anyone that goes against that have to vacate
the premises immediately without refund with a fine of N1,000,000.00).
Noise level should be minimized between 12:00Am - 5:00Am.
The guest can’t stain / burn the couch 🛋, the bedsheets or any appliances at all in
the apartment. And you can’t pour water on the rugs, couch 🛋 or the beds. Failed
to comply result in a cleaning fee of N120,000.00 with caution ⚠ fee forfeit.
Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. while check-out time is 12: 00 noon at the latest.
5. A mandatory Caution deposit of N100,000.00 is required 24hours before check in.
The caution deposit is fully refundable upon confirmation if no damages on check out.
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are only made 4 days before check-in of which 30% of the money paid
excluding caution will be deducted.
