Stor hus med masse plass, hadde alt vi trengte og veldig lokalt i Bergen. Vi kunne lage oss mat og sette på en klesvask. Huset er gammelt så det lukter deretter. Rent Sengetøy og rene håndkleet lå klart :) obs veldig bratt trapp for yngre.

Desværre var huset i meget dårlig stand, snavset og håndvasken i køkkenet virkede ikke. Brusekabinens ene dør kunne ikke lukkes, så vandet løb ud på hele badeværelses gulvet. Et hus der trænger til renovering. Men beliggenheden var virkelig god.

The location was excellent, very close to the city center, and the size of the house with six bedrooms was also good. However, the overall condition of the house did not match what we expected based on the photos shown on the website. The photos only show one bedroom and the living room, which are in acceptable condition, but the rest of the house—including the other five bedrooms, the kitchen, and the second bathroom—were older and in worse condition than the areas shown in the pictures. For example, there were rotten window frames in all the rooms in the house, the shower sink was not functioning properly, and there was visible dust and hair in some areas. The walls were also quite thin, so noise from other rooms was easily heard. We had requested an extra sleeping mat about a month before check-in. At the time, we were told they would check with the local manager and see what they do help us with it. However, upon arrival, we were informed only after asking about it again and again that they could not provide it. This was disappointing, as it felt like the request was left open without a clear answer, which may have affected our ability to make alternative arrangements or reconsider the booking in advance. Overall, while the location, size and price were positive, we were not fully satisfied with the condition of the property based on the photos they showed and the handling of our request.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. In all my years traveling this is the first time I ever walked out of a place. This place is not at all like the pictures. Most of the beds were not made or had any sheets or pillows. The couple of beds that had sheets one of them had blood stains! There were random items throughout the house (one shoe, drills, broken sunglasses etc. Broken furniture, lamps and dirty sofas. I wouldn't stay there and definitely not with my family. We arrived early in the morning and asked for an early check in but they said they couldn't because it was being cleaned. That was fine since it did say check in was at 3pm but when we got there it looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned. We wasted a whole day of our trip waiting and then had to scramble and find a last minute booking somewhere. We've been trying to get a refund for the past 1 month and they keep stalling saying they are reviewing but I believe they have no intention of refunding. Please DO NOT book here
