- Our check-out is until 11 A.M (MORNING)
- No shoe or garbage bags outside apartment
- Silent between 22:00 ( 10 P.M) - 08:00 (8 A.M)
- We provide apartment necessities (shampoo, soap, linens, towels, etc.) only once when the guest has check-in and do not offer extras (shampoo, soap, linens, towels, etc.)
- If guest moves the furniture in our apartment after the guest's check-out all furniture should be located in the same place how guest gets it. The PENALTY is 500 NOK if the furniture don't stay in order in our apartment. This rule doesn't apply to the moving chairs.If we discover (we have cameras in the corridors) that the number of guests actually in the apartment -is more than agreed - the penalty is 1000 NOK for each additional person per night or immediate cancellation of the reservation.
