Rules For Staying
Tenants/Guests are kindly requested to observe the Rules, So that their
stay will be comfortable and safe.
Only legitimate, legal married families and individuals are allowed.
Illegal and illegitimate, unmarried couple are strictly not allowed.
Visitors are not allowed to stay.
Extra bedding/mattress will be charged @Rs.1000/=per person.
Standard check in time is 12:00 p.m.
Early entry will be charged @ 25%.
Standard check out time is 1:00 p.m. One hour grace time is awarded till
2:00 PM.
After 2:00 p.m. 25%
After 4:00 p.m. 50%
After 6:00 p.m. full day rent will be charged.
Room furnishing /setting are not allowed to be changed in any case.
Room key lost will be charged at the @ Rs. 1000.
Any damages premises, furniture & fixtures, accessories and amenities are
the responsibility of the tenant and will be deducted from the security.
Any future reservation is not valid without full advance payment.
All tenants are responsible to observe the moral and ethical values during
their stay, and will not indulge in any unlawful activities.
Ethical values:
Keep audio volume in normal range.
Do not disturb neighbour by any means.
Pan,guttka, wine, chewing gum, keeping weapons, narcotics and
explosive materials are strictly prohibited.
Rent will be charged @ Rs.5000 per day in case a tenant depart early during
a month as contracted.
