Hotelnya keren banget!!! Kamarnya bersih, pelayanannya ramah banget terutama Aa Dzikri selaku manajernyaa 😍 kita dapat pelayanan yg bener bener istimewa 😁 thanks a lot a! Lalu disini banyak ruangan yg bisa kita jadikan ruang santai. Ada tempat main Billiard dan lain sebagainya. Bisa untuk taro koper jugaaa!

Sempet ada masalah krn nama hotel berubah:) yang dipesan H+ hotel ternyata sudah berubah nama jadi Novum Hotel. Tp dibantu oleh pihak tiket.com. (+): dekat dengan stasiun, lift, heater bekerja baik, air panas bekerja baik, tv, kamar dibersihkan tiap hari (-): agak gelap mungkin bagi sebagian orang, westafel sempat mampet
