This place is a lovely little place. The place is in a converted castle and surrounded by beautiful gardens and walking trails around farms. The place is quite elegant and the service is excellent. The food on the property is great.4.2/517 Jul 2023

Generally speaking, it's a nice hotel that I would stay at again when in lessen. I normally move around town when I'm in town for work, but this one is one that I would undoubtedly return to. The hotel doesn't appear to be a hotel from the outside, but don't be fooled. When you get your key, you can enter your room through an exterior door. Not a problem, but you should be aware of this before making a reservation. Price prices are typically inexpensive, and to be honest, good value for your money. Room The rooms are a little basic with furniture from a big Swedish brand. The bed was also good, and the quality is good. Overall, I like the basic but superior-quality room with a modern appearance. Although the restroom is fairly basic, it does all the work, and the shower is excellent. Although the personnel provided excellent and helpful, they didn't use the breakfast option. A considerable plus is that the neighborhood is close to the city center and the railway station. There are parking available nearby, however, you must pay until a certain hour, check the parking meters! I'm not sure if they offer parking.4.4/516 Jul 2023

We stayed for three nights with breakfast included and loved this convenient location in lessen. The staff was kind and helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was clean and functional. We liked the Germanstyle bed with separate comforters. The bathtub is quite deep and it is a bit of a step to enter and exit to shower. Breakfast was of high quality and worth the additional price of the room. Typical German breakfast with cold cuts, cheeses, softboiled and scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurts, fresh fruit and vegetables and, of course, many different bread choices. There is also a selfservice coffee and espresso machine as well as different juices, mineral waters and teas. The location is close to the up philharmonic station, making it easy to get to the convention center and hauptbahnhof on the subway. There are also a number of great restaurants within walking distance. Finally, the wonderful folkwang museum is just up the street and definitely worth a visit.4.2/514 Mei 2023

The rooms are very comfortable and the location is good in the museum area right next to Rattenscheider stare where many nice cafes, restaurants and shops are located. But above all the best part about the hotel is the staff, all very helpful and friendly!4.6/529 Des 2022

For the past 14 years, we have been taking rides at the mess at this modest motel. The location is great convenient because it is less crowded but is away from the bustling city, with little or no traffic coming or going. However, the underground entry is practically on the doorstep, about ten meters from the front door, and the trains stop either at the west or south entrances of the fairgrounds. For visitors, there is free free enclosed vehicle parking between the buildings and is secure. Although basic, the rooms are clean and most have direct access to the parking lot as they are located in the building across from the main house. Everything you need for a delicious, straightforward breakfast. The entire staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and it's no trouble. Bar at the in-house, currently being renovated to modern standards. No eatery but just around the corner is an exceptional Croatian restaurant called Spndelmann. Request directions, you won't be disappointed. For approximately 87 euros per room, a single room. Given this is the price for exhibition days, breakfast is excellent value.4.6/55 Nov 2022

Youll enjoy the lobby in this cosy and cozy place, which is also nice and clean. A nice bar is provided. Even though it's sad that there is no shower in the room, it's still comfortable. We use this hotel because it is right next to the barn to get to the showground in lessen, easy to reach as you come into lessen by car from England, and free parking. There is only bed breakfast but there is also an excellent restaurant nearby.4.6/530 Sep 2022

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the Wingate Inn in Oklahoma City. I would like to thank the entire staff Tim, a key employee. Sam and Steve were extremely helpful, they performed well in their respective projects. The place is very clean and peaceful, with a nice pool and hot tub. We had a great fivenight stay at Bignpoet. The gardens were particularly appealing to children. There is also a tiny outdoor play area, which the 7 yearold especially loved. Our room was spacious and quiet. Here, we all slept soundly. Our room had a view of the garden and I absolutely admired this stunning view. Despite the fact that I don't believe they are wellversed in the region, the personnel was helpful and pleasant. But they did make an effort to produce activity ideas. Now I can see why some people believe this is a fivestar hotel. You truly cannot compare a grand wyatt to hugenpoet. This is a boutique property not a large crowd hotel. We found the breakfast sufficient, but it had a slow service. We weren't offered anything, and before I returned downstairs to breakfast on our first day, my non germanspeaking husband and children thought there weren't any hot drinks or eggs available. You must order these yourself. On day 3, I requested if the kitchen could make pancakes or waffles for the children, and I was able to respond with yes, but it was only because I asked. Why not print out a menu and leave it on the tables or something? But we adored the atmosphere and the isolation of the hotel, and we would return without a doubt.4.6/529 Jul 2022

Hotel Madison has always maintained its reputation for it's upscale hotels, lovely rooms, and unrivaled customer service. Madison blue Eton graft stands up to its reputation. The service standards of this hotel are more impressive to me. The restaurant team's steak lobster is absolutely amazing, and the brunch is delicious, and the staff gives wonderful service, all with a smile on their face.4.6/528 Jul 2022

This hotel is located in a beautiful castle. The location of the room is in a dark area, I think the lighting in the bar and restaurant area should be lighter. But the garden is pretty nice and the terrace has a nice view of the garden.4.6/51 Jul 2022

Overall, a very pleasant stay in a very nice hotel. The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk from the philharmonic barn station or just a 15 minute walk from the main station. There are many things you can choose from here. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. I can't hear any outside noises or neighbors. The receptionist was very kind. She already knew all our information about the reservation. They check and check my order quickly. Wohnzimmer Essen tempanya enak banget untuk ditinggali. Pada dasarnya itu satu rumah, ada beberapa lantai, dan rasanya di situ betul-betul nyaman seperti di rumah. Di belakangnya ada kebun yang indah, bisa duduk-duduk saat hangat di luar. Pelayanannya juga baik. Saat saya di sana, ada staff bernama Manuc, yang sangat membantu. Satu-satunya kekurangan waktu itu hanyalah wifi yang tidak berfungsi. Selain itu sih bagus banget, dan nyaman sekali. Terus terang nggak nyangka utk harga segitu sebagus itu ternyata tempatnya. Di seberangnya ada supermarket LIdl, dan halte terdekat namanya Schwanenbuschstrasse. Dari situ gampang banget kalau mau ke stasiun kereta. We booked this hotel for 1 night. Parking is available for free. I didn't have a ready room, but I already had the check-in time. The location is within walking distance of u barn. Within 10 minutes you are in the city center of lessen. The room is comfortable and clean but basic. Breakfast is good. This is a good hotel to visit lessen for this price.4.8/56 Mei 2022

We actually wanted to visit another castle in the neighbourhood but passed by hugenpoet with confidence. It looked so cute we decided to have a look. When we ordered the courtyard it felt like time was still standing. The uniformed crew was very busy and woke up and down the yard and stairs with laundry and supplies. The building itself looked lovely. The restaurant was open for coffee and cake. The waiter was right and welcoming. The cheesecake was nice, not too sweet and made it taste fresh.4.8/525 Mar 2022

I arrived late, but just in time to make it to the reception which was shut at 22 i. The rooms are in a separate structure behind the main structure. Basic but adequate for slumber. The beds are adequate, and the bathroom has everything you need. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The noise in the morning was the problem for me. Even with a building between us and the main stream, it was chilly starting at 5 h 30 in the morning. However, because this was a cheap hotel, the quality of the price was adequate.4.2/522 Feb 2022

We stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely recommend it. Beautiful hotel with nice and very friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is good. Drink prices are very expensive though, but there is nothing wrong with the rest.
