If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. No Pets. Allow Smoking. No Events or Parties. Allow Children. Allow undefined. 🏡 Dysha’s Home – House Rules 1. Check-in & Check-out • Check-in time: 2:00 pm • Check-out time: 12:00 pm • Please return the key to the key box after check-out and ensure it is locked. 2. Respect the Unit • Please keep the unit clean and tidy during your stay. • Report any damages or issues immediately. • Furniture and appliances must stay in their original position. 3. No Smoking • Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the unit and hallways. • You may smoke only in designated outdoor areas of the condominium (if allowed by management). 4. No Parties or Loud Noise • Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed. • Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 Pm, to respect neighbors. 5. Visitors • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. • Visitors are welcome but must follow the condo’s security rules. 6. Pool & Amenity Use • Please follow all Seawind Condominium amenity rules. • Wear proper attire when using the pool. • Observe amenity hours. • Take care of amenity passes (if provided). 7. Safety & Security • Always lock the door when leaving the unit. • Turn off lights, aircon, and appliances when not in use. • Keep personal belongings secure. 8. Trash Disposal • Throw garbage in the designated garbage area of the condominium. • Do not leave bags of trash in the hallway. 9. Cooking • Light cooking is allowed. • Please clean up after using the kitchen. • Avoid strong-smelling foods that may linger. 10. Respect for Condo Community • Please follow all building rules set by Seawind management. • Be polite to neighbors and staff.
