Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Late check-out may be arranged in advance (subject to availability and small fee).
ELECTRICITY
*Please turn off the aircon, lights, and appliances when leaving.
*Keep the refrigerator plugged in.
*Keep doors/windows closed when the aircon is running.
NO SMOKING
*Strictly no smoking inside the house.
*Please smoke outside & dispose of butts properly.
1,500 fee if the house smells of smoke at check-out.

SECURITY
*Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.
*Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for loss or theft.
*Please always close the main gate.
GRILLING
-Grilling area is at the back of the of the house, right side.

HOUSE GUIDELINES
-Registered guest only (no unapproved overnight visitors).
-Please treat the home with care.
-washing machine use is not allowed, due to electrical safety concern.
-Towels are in the cabinet beside bathroom door.
-Do not use the steel rack outside (as the neighbor owns it) you may hang your clothes/towels at the back of the house.
-For the comfort and privacy of our neighbors, roaming around the area is kindly not allowed.
-Strictly no urinating outside the house.
-Report any accidental damage immediately (100php per broken glass/plate).
-Before check-out: Wash used dishes, Do not leave wet towels on beds.
