🏡 House Rules

We want all our guests to have a pleasant and comfortable stay at Amigas Lodge Transient House. Please take note of the following:

Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 NN

No smoking inside the house. A designated area outside is provided.

No pets are allowed inside the property.

Please keep noise at a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM, to respect other residents.

Turn off lights, appliances, and air-conditioning when not in use.

Handle all furniture and amenities with care. Damaged or missing items will be charged at full replacement cost.

Visitors are allowed but must be registered and approved in advance.

Security deposit will be collected upon check-in and refunded in full upon check-out if no damages are found.

Cancellations and No-Show Policy:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the reservation deposit.

No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit, but stays may be rescheduled upon request (subject to availability).

🧳 Check-out Instructions

Before leaving Amigas Lodge Transient House, please make sure to:

Inform Crissy (📞 0966 658 8795) at least 30 minutes before check-out so we can assist you and inspect the unit.

Return the keys personally to Crissy or our staff.

Ensure that all personal belongings are packed and that appliances, lights, and air-conditioning units are turned off.

Any damaged or missing items will be charged at their full replacement cost.

Once everything is checked, your security deposit will be refunded in full.
