The transient apartment is situated on top of a basement apartment with a regular tenant. We request that the transient guests be mindful of noise after 10 PM.
The guests must segregate their waste into bio-degradable (nabubulok) and non-bio-degradable (hindi nabubulok). Properly labeled garbage containers are provided in the parking area. For bio-degradable trash like leftover food items, fruits, etc., please place them in a separate garbage bin in the apartment's kitchen. You may only transfer the bio-degradable trash to the designated container in the parking area after securing it by tying the trash bag properly. This is important to prevent stray cats from ransacking the bins. The smell of spoiled leftover food will invite stray cats if the trash bags are not secured; therefore, it is a must to tie the garbage when left inside the trash bin in the parking area.
We endeavor to provide comfortable and clean accommodations to all our guests. We do not charge for cleaning the apartment after guests' departure; therefore, our valued guests are expected to maintain the property's cleanliness and orderliness before check-out.
Except for extended stays of 14 days, where we provide cleaning of only the apartment's toilet and bathroom every Thursday, guests are fully responsible for the cleanliness of the premises during their stay. The guests must clean all the kitchen utensils if they use them for cooking during their stay. We expect the guests to leave the apartment orderly when they check out.
