To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to review and follow our house rules and reminders below:

🏡 HOUSE RULES & REMINDERS
✅ Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards
✅ Check-out: On or before 12:00 noon
✅ Pay parking fee = 350 php per night
✅ An bldg access card and key box is installed at the unit, so self check-in is available for your convenience.
✅ Upon arrival, please send a photo of the living room.
This helps us confirm that you’ve successfully checked in. 📸
✅ Only registered guests are allowed in the unit.
🔒 A ₱700 penalty per unregistered guest per night will apply for non-compliance.
🔒 Condo admin penalty charges to unit owner, will be shouldered by the guest if this rule is violated
✅ For safety reasons, please turn off the air-conditioning and unplug all appliances when leaving the unit to help avoid fire hazards. 🔌
✅ We do not collect a security deposit, so we kindly ask that you treat the unit with care and respect—just like your own home.
🏠 Any damages must be reported and may be charged accordingly. Serious cases will be reported to Airbnb.
✅ If any issues arise during your stay, please notify us before check-out so we can address them right away. We're happy to assist.
✅ Kindly leave the unit neat and orderly upon departure.
A ₱3,500 cleaning fee may be charged if the unit is left in a very messy state.
Our caretaker will take photos for documentation, which will be shared with you if needed.
✅ For any urgent assistance or concerns during your stay, please reach out to our unit manager or caretaker using the contact number provided.
