Upon checkout, kindly turn off and unplug all appliances (aircon, electric fans, lights, fridge), and return all remotes to one place. You may use the refrigerator and kitchen appliances freely (rice cooker, water heater, cooking wares, etc.). Kindly turn off aircon, lights, and fans when not in use. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. The bathroom is equipped with a shower heater for your comfort. Please follow a clean-as-you-go policy and dispose of trash properly in the bins provided. All fixtures, furniture, and appliances are brand new. Damages due to misuse may be charged to the guest. 📤 Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
