The property is not a full serviced apartment so unfortunately there is no room service and daily cleaning.

👉 Pets are not allowed inside the unit
👉 NOT ALLOWED Inside the Unit:
No Big parties or Big events -
Parties, gatherings, and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited in the property.

👉 STRICTLY NON SMOKING inside the Unit and balcony. which helps us maintain a fresh environment

👉 Kindly Please smoke outside, there is Designated Place for Smoking Area
It is at the back of Selenia building going to Selenia Basketball Court

👉Breaking the rules will pay the Penalty amounting to PHP 5,000 pesos

During the Booking Process Please bring Valid ID's or Passport of the actual guests who will be staying in the unit.
This is being checked by Building Property Security

👉Microwave -Please do not use foil or metal objects for heating.

👉 Kindly dispose the garbage disposal upon check out it is located in the ground floor there is designated trash bins

👉Please keep things tidy and clean, treat the unit as your home

👉 Please turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any appliances when you leave the unit to save energy
👉 Please Don’t forget to close and lock the door if you going outside
