3. Quiet Hours: 10:00PM to 7:00AM to respect other residents. Please avoid loud music, parties, or disruptive noises.
4. No Parties or Events (unless allowed by the host)
5. Security and Safety: Lock the doors, windows, faucets and appliances when leaving.
6. Cleanliness and Safety: Please wash any dishes used and place trash in designated bins. Any damages or stains may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
7. Before you Step Out , please lock the door, close all faucets, and turn off any appliances.

Note: Guests may be given access to the condominium's pool with a minimal fee and subject to availability. Guests must inform the host at least 2 days prior to stay if they intend to use the pool. Guests with late bookings may be denied access to the pool.
