Cozy and Comfortable Home Condo

1. No smoking or vaping allowed inside the condo unit or building.

2. No pets are allowed in the condo unit or building.

3. Guests are expected to keep the unit tidy and clean during their stay. Please refrain from eating on the bed and use coasters/kitchen utensils provided.

4. Please be advised that there is no garbage collection service available on the premises. Kindly refrain from leaving your garbage in the common areas such as the lobby or outside the unit, garbage disposal will be at the Lower Ground of the building.

5. After 7 days of stay, guests have the option to request for fresh linens, towels, and toiletries.

6. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially after 10 pm.

7. No parties or events are allowed in the condo unit. Visitors are allowed, but not to stay overnight.

8. Please do not move any furniture or decor from their original position in the condo unit.

9. Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the unit during their stay.

10. Please turn off all lights, air conditioning units and electronics when leaving the condo unit for extended periods of time or when checking out.

11. Lost keys/RFID will incur a replacement fee. Php150 for keys, Php450 for RFID

12. Please observe the maximum occupancy limit of 2 guests unless otherwise arranged with the host.

13. Kindly tidy up before checkout, wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage.
