House Rules

1. Maximum Occupancy: 4 Guests

Strictly maximum of 4 occupants only, including babies and children.

No additional visitors or overnight guests allowed.

2. Check in and Check out

Check-in: 2:00 PM

Check-out: 12:00 NN

Early check-in/late check-out depends on availability.

3. No Parties or Events

Loud noise, gatherings, or celebrations are not allowed.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise at a minimum, especially after 10 PM.

4. No Smoking

Strictly no smoking inside the unit, balcony, or hallways.

A Penalty fee will be charged for any smoke smell.

5. No Pets

Pets are not allowed in the unit or the building.

6. Cleanliness

Please keep the unit tidy.

Wash dishes before checkout.

Dispose trash in the designated trash room on your floor.

7. Use of Appliances and Furnitures

Kindly handle appliances, furniture, and amenities with care.

Any damages incurred will be charged accordingly.

8. Pool and Amenities

Access follows building rules, there is a pool fee.

Proper swimwear is required.

Observe pool hours and safety regulations.

9. Safety and Security

Always keep the door locked.

Turn off lights, AC, and appliances when leaving the unit.

10. Respect House Guidelines

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay.
