🔸No smoking inside the unit, you may do so in our balcony (be responsible! properly dispose your cigarette buds etc.)
🔸No pets allowed
🔸Quiet hour begins at 10:00 PM
🔸Turn off all the lights and the AC when going
outside.
🔸We kindly ask you not to cook any smelly foods (daing, tuyo, buro and the like).
🔸Keep the place clean, DO NOT stain on linens, towels, sofa, carpet and floor to avoid penalties.
🔸CLAYGO - do not leave any unwashed dishes, cooking wares and utensils. Trash should be taken out once you checked out, garbage can are available outside the unit.
🔸Please pay any balance upon check in.
🔸Please pay ₱1,000 as security deposit - it will be refunded upon check out if no damage or missing items before you check out. However, additional fee will be charged if the damage/lost items require repair and costs more than the deposited amount.
🔸Any stains on linens, carpets, sofa and towels will have additional cleaning fee worth ₱400.
🔸Lost key will be charged ₱500
🔸Kindly keep the lock box to 0000 code and keep it close.
🔸 Please inform us promptly for any issues or concern (damage in any items or appliance, internet loss etc, upon your arrival or use)
🔸Additional penalty will be impose for any lost items and/or damaged to appliances and property without reporting before you leave the unit.
