Cozy Whole Condo Staycation at Trees Residences

Please treat our unit as your home.

Security deposit of ₱1,000 upon check-in and this will be refundable upon check-out if there is no damage or lost item inside the unit.

- For early check-in (upon availability until 1pm only) ₱100/hr
- For any guest with late check-in past 2:00pm we charge a fee of ₱100/hr.
- For any guest that check-out late past 12:00pm we charge ₱100/hr.
- Pets are allowed with prior notice before booking. (pls advise us as early as possible if you have a pet to accompany you in our place)

Please follow our house regulations.

House rules violated penalty:
1- 2: ₱500
3 - 5: ₱1,000

● HOUSE RULES ●

Failure to comply with any of the stated house rules will result in the guest being held accountable based on the number of rules violated.

● Use of washing machine - ₱100/day
● Use of induction cooker - ₱50/day

● CLAYGO
Clean As You Go. Please ensure to take out the trash in front of the elevator at the fire exit trash bin and leave the premises in the same clean and orderly condition.

● Respect for Neighbors
Please respect our neighbors’ privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours 10pm - 5am.

● Towels and Linens
After use, kindly place used towels in the washing machine provided. Linens will be changed after every checkout.

● Damages and Breakages
Take extra care of any things inside the unit. Any damages or breakages must be reported to us immediately. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

● Utilities and Appliances
Turn off lights, air conditioning, and other electronic devices when not in use or if you’re leaving the premises for a long time to conserve energy.

● Lost and found items
Any personal belongings left behind during a staycation at our condo are not the responsibility of the management, unless advance notice is given no later than 2 hours after checkout.

● Unit Charges
Please ensure payment is completed before your check-out time.
