Important Reminders 🌟

✅ Self Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is on or before 12:00 noon.
(Please call our team immediately for help if you cannot open the door with the provided code)

✅ Smoking inside the house is strictly not allowed.

✅ Only registered guests are allowed.
A penalty of ₱700 per extra guest per night will be charged for any unregistered visitors.

✅ For your safety, please turn off all air-conditioning units and appliances when you leave the property to avoid FIRE ACCIDENTS.

✅ Our unit features SMART door locks to allow for easy self check-in.

✅ We kindly ask you to treat our unit with care, just like your own home.
Any damages will need to be paid for and replaced accordingly by the guest.

✅ For any urgent assistance during your stay, please don’t hesitate to contact the unit manager or caretaker at the numbers provided.

✅ Any illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. We reserve the right to require guests to leave the premises immediately if any illegal activity is reported or detected.

✅️ Guest are accountable to any damages or loss items/equipments , either intentional or accidental.

✅️ We would appreciate it if our guests could refrain from incurring additional fees/charges by taking good care of the unit and exercising discipline.

✅ Waste segregation is strictly implemented by the subdivision effective January 1, 2026. We encourage guest to separate the biodegradable to non-biodegradable trash. Penalty of 1000 php applies if this isn't followed

✅ Deep cleaning charge and penalty is 3500 php if the unit is left messed up after check out.
