Please provided picture of a valid ID, this is required by the building admin for the first arriving guest of the group. Please email to ad_eastwoodstay@outlook.com

- DO CLEAN UP
kitchen after every use

- DO TURN OFF
lights and air-condition when not in the unit

- DO KEEP HYGIENE
condition of the unit, do not accumulate waste in the unit this must be regularly disposed

- DO NOT USE
Towel and bedding for unintended purposes ( you could be charged for stains that cant be washed )

- HARD STAINS
be mindful and avoid eating and drinking on the sofa, (you could be charged for professional cleaning fee starting at PHP 3,000)

- VISITORS POLICY
a) One visitors may be allowed for few hours only
b) Visitors must notify and register at front desk upon their arrival
c) Visitors are not allowed to use guest amenities and facilities e.g. swimming pool, gym.
d) Visitor are not allowed to stay after 10 PM
Breach of visitor policy may result with booking cancellation without refund

- NUMBER OF GUESTS
The unit can be occupied only by the number of guests as shown in the booking.
The number of guests cannot be modified once the reservation started
