This listing is for large groups only. However, not declaring the correct number of guests will be grounds for eviction and cancellation of your booking, strictly no NO REFUND. Please edit or declare the correct number of guests at booking so that the correct fees will apply. Be honest. Free of charge only for 2 year old kids and below. Relay this House Rules to all your companions.

No cooking or eating inside the room. You may bring cooked food and we allow you free use of our outdoor common kitchen i.e., refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and barbecue grill however, bring your own cookware, utensils and tableware. We will no longer lend any kitchen utensils other than what is already placed in the kitchen.

Do not take home or break what you do not own.

Bringing or 'borrowing' cutlery and or any tableware from the Bistro into your unit is strictly prohibited.

Please observe the CLAYGO (clean as you go) policy. We are not a 5-star hotel and we are not a hotel either.

PET POLICY

Declare and edit the number of pets in your booking.

Small dogs and service dogs are welcome, however we strictly impose wearing of diapers ALL THE TIME when inside the room.

Pets must not be left alone unattended and must be restrained by a leash, or placed in an animal carrier. Persons who walk pets are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their animals and discarding securely bagged pet droppings in garbage bins and may not be disposed of in toilets. No pet waste may be dropped down trash bins unless securely double-bagged.

Guests with pets are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Any damage caused by cleaning chemicals or other such materials used in an attempt to remedy said damage is also the full responsibility of the pet owner.

No pet shall be allowed to become a nuisance or create any unreasonable disturbance:
a. Pets whose unruly behavior causes personal injury or property damage.
b. Pets who make noise continuously and/or incessantly for a period of 10 minutes or intermittently for an hour or more to the disturbance of other guests at any time of day or night.
c. Pets in common areas who are not under the complete physical control of a responsible human companion and on a hand-held leash of no more than six feet in length or in a pet carrier.
d. Pets who relieve themselves on walls or floors in the premises.
e. Pets who exhibit aggressive or other dangerous or potentially dangerous behavior.
f. Pets who are conspicuously unclean or parasite infested.

Cooking Reminders:
Bring your own utensils and pots if you're cooking for a big group. During these rainy season and as we are in the tropics by the beach, as we allow barbecues and cook outs and alfresco dining, flies may be prevalent especially when cooking seafood. Don't throw dirty water on the ground and don't leave food or food wrappers around or you'll have a fly invasion. We wash, disinfect and clean your space thoroughly, but that doesn't mean another fly can't wander in your room. The flies and bugs you might encounter are harmless and eat other bugs. We do everything possible to control flies so please don't leave doors and windows open. Staying at the beach this time of  year is not great for the insect-phobic.  Leave off cooking your meals by ordering food from restaurants or dine at our cafe or better still, just bring pre-cooked food. For Kuroshara Cafe diners, please order meals at least 1 day advance.
