HOUSE AND CONDOMINIUM RULES AND POLICY

Feels like Home Condos is an accommodation condominium unit with neighbors who are residing here permanently. For a more peaceful and relax stay here in our unit, certain rules must be followed. With that said, may we request you our lovely guest to read and sign these house rules so that you will be guided for the rest of your stay.

• Only registered guest/s can stay overnight in the unit. Friends of guest/s is not allowed to stay overnight. Guest curfew is 8PM.
• Please maintain cleanliness of our unit. We advise guest not to rearrange the furniture for this shall create unnecessary noise. Vandalism is strictly prohibited or there will be a penalty of 3000 pesos charge to you.
• PARTIES, PICTORIALS, or any gathering in the same manner is not allowed inside the unit or in the common areas.
• Noise Curfew is 8:00 PM. And for the rest of your stay please keep noise to the minimum, to avoid disturbance of the residents or some other guests in the tower.
• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited such as use of DRUGS, SMOKING & E-CIGARETTES or you will be penalized in the amount of PHP 5,000.00 for smoking, 20,000 for drugs activity and shall be automatically ask to vacate the unit or else will be endorse to the Police Department of Davao City.
• Pets are not allowed inside the unit.
• GYM USE is not allowed; it is only allowed for condo unit owners.
• Units are fully equipped with smart tv operation, and internet connection, for further assistance please contact personnel in charge (0970 088 8889). Available time is from 9AM till 9PM.
• We do not allow cooking inside the unit for short term stay.
• Housekeeping will be of service to you from 11AM up to 4PM only. Please be guided properly.
• Please do not bring items inside of the unit with you. As this is not part of your accommodation fee.

We would like to ask the guest for the following considerations:

• All Guests need to abide all Condominium Association Policies/House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures. GUESTS CAUGHT VIOLATING WILL BE ASK TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
