1.) Hosting Homes and a HOTEL are not the same.
-Its like staying with a friend or relative.
-You are self-cleaning through the duration of your stay
and I clean up the room at the end of it

2.) Treat our home with RESPECT as if it were your own

3.) Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit,
-you may smoke at the lower balcony with the door closed please

4.) Pets are welcome

5.) Be mindful of your NEIGHBORS

6.) Feel FREE to use CLEANING MATERIALS or APPLIANCES below the sink / upper balcony

7.) Provided FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT are for emergency use only

8.) Friends are welcome to visit but are required to SUBMIT AN ID
-It’s ok to bring STRANGERS in but we highly DISCOURAGE it for your safety
-you are held RESPONSIBLE for them and the things inside our home

9.) NO PARTIES and NO OVERNIGHT guests without previous APPROVAL from your host.

10.) 1-2 PERSONS only per bed

11.) Turn off air-conditioner if not in use

12.) Do not engage in ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES anywhere on the property.

13.) If you BREAK/DAMAGE something:
-please let me know so we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

14.) Observe proper WASTE DISPOSAL
-garbage CANS and CHUTES(outside the door and turn right) can be found

15.) CLEAN the kitchen after you use it

16.) RETURN ALL KEYS inside the Key Holder
