FRIENDLY REMINDERS
•Upon check-in, we require a ₱2,000 security deposit for security purposes, which is refundable upon check-out, provided there are no damages to the villa. Please don't forget to present your ID as well.
•For sanitary purposes, please bring your own towels and toiletries.
• The management is not responsible for any lost or stolen valuables.
• Any loss and damages to the villa due to the negligence of the guest shall be penalized.
• Small pets are ALLOWED. But should have a responsible caretaker. (NO PEES/POOS INSIDE THE VILLA)
• Loud noises/nuisances after 10PM are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
• Please conserve water and energy. TURN-OFF the aircon, lights, shower, and faucets when not in use or if staying out.
• NO SMOKING/VAPES inside the house.
• Eating inside the bedrooms is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
• Please DON'T LEAVE stains on the sofa, bed, or carpet.
• Using double-sided tapes or any kind of glitter is NOT ALLOWED— a replacement fee or repair fee will be automatically charged to the guest.
• Please practice CLAY GO— a fee of 1,000 PHP. shall be charged if the house is too dirty and messy by forfeiting the security deposit.
• We are not requiring guests to fully clean but just to make the unit tidy as a courtesy to the Hosts accommodating your stay.
• Please wash all the dishes and pans before leaving the unit.
• Please be ready by 10:30 AM. This is to give time to check the villa for any loss or damages. We strictly follow 11:00 noon check out schedule to give the staff ample time to clean and disinfect the villa and pool thoroughly for the next guest.
• A Fee of 1,000 /hour will be charged for late check out start at 11:05 onwards.

Pool rules:
1. No Eating in the Pool: To prevent contamination and keep the pool clean.
2. No Drinking in the Pool: To avoid accidents such as broken glass or spills that could harm swimmers.
3. No Pets in the Pool: For hygiene and safety reasons.
4. Shower Before Swimming: To help maintain the cleanliness of the pool water.
5. Swim at Your Own Risk: We do not provide life jackets.
6. Children Must Be Supervised by Parents: For the safety of young swimmers, parents or guardians must actively watch over their children.
