Things to note during your stay:

1.Kitchen and dining utensils are for free and no extra charge however it is expected that it should be clean as you go... please don't forget to clean the things you use in the kitchen. If you prefer our staff to do the dishes, a service charge of P300 will apply.

2.To avoid pests inside the unit/room, please ensure that when you go out for a day tour/check out please pack you garbage in a plastic and throw it in the garbage area, it is located in the cabinet, near the CR.

3.Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the unit/room, if you want to smoke please proceed to the open area in front of the building. The veranda also is not a SMOKING AREA. A fine of ₱2, 000 will be imposed for violating this provision.

4.Please be considerate to the next guest, ensure to check out on or before the scheduled check out time (11:00 am, unless extended). Early check in will depend on the availability of the unit/room with a charge of ₱200 pesos per hour.

5.Baggage Drop-off Fee ₱100.

6.Parking is at SM BAGUIO ₱350/overnight or at the nearest parking area aournd us like Jadewill Parking. You can also park at Session Road, parking is also free outside the building but not a guarantee that there's an available slot and it's only at 8:00PM-6:00AM.

7.Guests to observe silence in the area as there are other guest resting.

8.Always keep the toilet rugs dry and clean all the time. Be considerate also to the next user of the comfort room, keep it dry and clean. Cleaning materials are available at the kitchen. A penalty is imposed to whoever guest who doesn't respect the usage of CR.

9.Keep off your shoes from the beds and couch.

10.Use of drugs or conduct of illegal activities inside the unit/room is prohibited. The owner reserves the right to report to authorities for violation of this regulation.

11.Throwing hard objects and tissue in the toilet bowl will be charged when it will cause clogging.

12.When you go out of the unit for a long period of time espescially when you go out for a tour, for safety purposes, please ensure to unplug everything like the appliances and other electrical devices. In case of fire, if investigators found that the cause is due to guest's negligence, the concerned guest will be primarily be held liable and shall face legal sanctions.

13.Please be reminded that all damages, lost items in the unit/room and any stains that will be left in the towels, beds and linens has corresponding charges.

14.Rebooking Policy
+ One time rebooking only.
+ Rebooking allowed if 14 days and more before your check-in date.
+ Rebooking NOT allowed if less than 14 days before your check-in date.

15.This is a budget friendly accomodation. Towels and other freebies are only expected when you are charged above the minimum rate. Towels are hired at ₱100 each. Extra blanket is at ₱100 each. This would cost only the laundry, electricity, water and others.

16.Water is GOLD here in Baguio City, so please close the faucet when not in use. Be helpful to us in conserving our resources, not only water but the electricity.
