JR Studio Luxe 1824 @ Princeton Residences

- A PHP 2,000 damage deposit is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there is no damage to the property.
- Swimming pool used by authorized guests provided they pay the corresponding fees Php 150. for REGULAR days and Php 300 for HOLIDAYS.
- Gym is only for LONG TERM stay guests.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Guests need be quiet between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Pets are not allowed.

KITCHEN USE
- Guest staying 7 days or more are welcome to use the kitchen anytime.
For shorter stays, cooking is still allowed with a small fee of Php 500.00

- Please take care when using kitchen appliances and cookware.
If anything gets damaged, we may need to charge for repair or replacement.

-My co-host will do a quick check of the unit before giving you the key and again after checkout just to make sure everything is in good condition.

-The damage deposit will be released once the final inspection of the kitchen and appliances is completed.

-If you notice anything broken or not working during your stay, please let me or my co-host know right away.
We always make sure that the unit is in great condition before you check in.
