GUIDELINES:

1.) Home Hosting and a HOTEL are not the same.
-It's like staying with a friend or relative.
-You are self-cleaning through the duration of your stay
and we clean up the room at the end of it.

2.) Observe proper ETIQUETTE, the living room and kitchen are not private areas.

3.) Treat our home with RESPECT as if it were your own.

4.) Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit,
-you may smoke in the Pool Area located at the 1st floor.

5.) NO PETS ALLOWED, sorry it has to stay home.

6.) Be mindful of your NEIGHBORS.

7.) Feel FREE to use CLEANING MATERIALS and APPLIANCES in the kitchen and living room.

8.) Provided FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT are for emergency use only.

9.) Friends are welcome to visit but are required to SUBMIT AN ID
-It’s ok to bring STRANGERS in but we highly DISCOURAGE it for your safety
-you are held RESPONSIBLE for them and the things inside our home.

10.) NO PARTIES and NO OVERNIGHT guests without previous APPROVAL from your host.

11.) 1-2 PERSONS only per bed.

12.) Turn off air-conditioner if not in use.

14.) Do not engage in ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES anywhere on the property.

15.) If you BREAK/DAMAGE something:
-please let me know so we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

16.) Observe proper WASTE DISPOSAL
-garbage CANS and CHUTES(near the elevator) can be found.

17.) CLEAN the kitchen after you use it.

18.) RETURN ALL KEYS at the front-desk.
