La Casita Mercedes - 5Bedroom Pet Friendly Home (Read House Rules)

Please take time to read through important information about our listing.

This is a restored heritage house. it is fully NON SMOKING. You will have access to 5 bedrooms.
Alcoholic beverages are allowed but please coordinate with us prior to booking.
We do not have a generator. We will not be able to refund if there is electricity outage beyond our control.
Only the guest Rooms are air-conditioned, common areas are not.
We provide filtered water.
The 1-2 female housekeepers live on site and have their own rooms, therefore expect to share some space with them.
The kitchen is only for the use of the housekeepers but we can assist you with reheating of food deliveries, and provide plates/cutleries/glasses. You may make use of oven toaster, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle and a space may be freed up for refrigerator use. Guests must use the existing furniture only, no additional tables/chairs or catering set up allowed. Only packed food trays or food ordered in can be brought in for consumption. Should you require to do your own cooking, there is a daily charge of PHP300/day

CHECK IN PROCEDURES: You will be asked to provide a security deposit of PHP5,000. This will be refunded after check out if no damages.

PET FRIENDLY HOME: Limited to small to medium sized breeds. Limited to 2 pets, you will have to sign a Pet Agreement contract to along with pet fee of PHP500/pet/night. Please have your furry fam stay in common areas (not in rooms). Pets should also house trained and with updated vaccines. Flea/Tick treatments.
Our dog NOAH resides in Casita. If this will an Issue, please let us know so we can make alternative arrangements for him during your stay.

PARKING: Pay Street Parking is available. Please manage your expectations and plan accordingly to avoid inconvenience.

WIFI SPEED: PLDT DSL fiber connection with up to 150mbps speed as promised by provider.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: We are not a hotel and do not provide daily housekeeping. Light Housekeeping/tidying up can be provided. Change of linens is provided once during a 3-nights stay. If you will be staying longer, then additional Housekeeping fee of PHP1600.00 will be paid on site for full cleaning.

ARE YOU USING THIS SPACE FOR PARTIES, WEDDING PREPS/SHOOTS/EVENTS/? Please coordinate first with us as any person in excess of 10 allowed guests will be subject to additional charge of PHP1000/head even for day visitors.

This is my family's home, where there are private items labeled and kept there - please do respect our privacy.

If there are any issues, kindly inform the housekeeper and we will try to get it solved asap.
