Luxury Condo with Pool View at Shell Residences

Please note that this is not a hotel but a private residential condominium unit that we share with travellers like yourselves. As we extend our hospitality to you, we simply ask that you kindly treat our unit like how you would treat your own home. Security in the premises is very strict and we expect our guest to comply with policies whilst inside the condo premises.
UNIT HOUSE RULES:
1. Please be advised that I don't provide your toothpaste, tooth brush and bottled drinking water. "Bring Your Own" policy is implemented on these items.
2. We understand that accidents happen. We will claim any damages or missing items from you, if any.
3. Switch off lights and the air-conditioning unit when not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature ask you too.
4. We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. Guest who are not registered are not allowed to enter the unit or use the amenities during stay.
5. Cooking inside the room is not allowed unless long-term.
6. Garbage should not be place outside the door of the unit. There is a designated garbage disposal area and specific timings for garbage collection.
7. Please take care of your valuables as we will not be held responsible / liable should there be any loss or damages in your belongings.
8. Pets are not allowed to be kept or harboured in the unit or any part of the condominium by guest or their visitors.
9. Guests are not allowed to bring into or keep in the units any inflammable, combustible or explosive fluid, materials, chemicals, or substance except those products that are for normal household use.
10. Guests are prohibited to use any apparatus, machinery or equipment, which may cause noise, tremors or expose the premises to fire or bring into the building any other dangerous object or articles.
11. Guests are not allowed to do any unlawful and/or immoral practice to be committed in the premises; nor to be used for instruction of music, nor holding of vigils.
12. Smoking and / or using of vape cigarettes inside the unit is strictly prohibited. You are welcome to smoke in the nearby cafes or outside the condominium designated smoking area.
13. Vandalism is also strictly prohibited.
KITCHEN RULES:
When using the cookware:
1. We recommend to use plastic, silicone or wooden utensils for best long term results in Non-stick frying pan and rice cooker.
2. Use only low to medium heat with your cookware at all times (including boiling water).
3. Never let cookware boil dry or leave an empty piece of cookware on a heated ring or gas flame.
4. Let pans cool before cleaning to prevent warping caused by extreme temperature shocks. Avoid any extreme temperature changes.
5. Do not slide or drag cookware across the hob surface as this may cause damage to both the cookware and the hob surface.
6. Never heat fat or oil to the extent it smokes, burns or turns black.
When cleaning the cookware:
1. After each use, wash the inner and outer coatings of the pan.
2. Do not use metal scouring pads, abrasive wire wool or harsh scouring powder. Such as steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
3. Nylon scouring pads are safe to use.
4. Never put cold water into a hot pan or plunge hot cookware in cold water. Sudden changes of temperature may cause metal to warp, resulting in an uneven base.
5. Do not soak the outside of the pans for an extended period due to some aluminum fixings (eg rivets). Always dry the cookware thoroughly.
6 Never use bleach, oven cleaners or chlorine-based products on the pans as it is extremely corrosive to stainless steel, even when diluted. It will cause tiny pits to appear in the surface of the steel which may be unsightly and will affect the cooking performance.
SWIMMING POOL RULES:
1. The swimming pool shall be for the exclusive use of registered guests / tenants with a fee (Php150.00 on regular days and Php300 during holidays and weekends). Swimming pool rules and regulations shall be strictly followed by all authorised guests.
2. The facilities opened from 6:00AM to 10:00PM.
3. Gym facilities is for the exclusive use of unit owners and tenants only. It is off limits to guests.
4. The administration reserves the right to temporarily close these facilities on any occasion for purposes of carrying out repairs or other work.
5. For safety considerations, the consumption of food, drinking of alcoholic beverages, smoking, and littering within the area is strictly prohibited except during an approved function. Public drinking of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
6. Persons intending to use the facilities should wear appropriate clothing that does not cause any offence.
7. Children under the age of twelve (12) shall not be allowed to use the facilities unless accompanied by an adult who must remain in attendance and be fully responsible for the child / children under his / her control.
8. The unit owner shall not be responsible for any accident or injury which may be sustained by any person arising directly or indirectly out or in connection with the use of facilities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
9. While in the pool or pool area, no person is permitted to perform any act which is likely to endanger, obstruct, inconvenience, or annoy any person or persons.
10. The use in the pool or pool area of any musical instrument, radios, televisions, tape recorders, cassette and CD players or other audio equipment is strictly prohibited.
No eating or drinking in the pool area is allowed.
11. Due to the size of the pool the use of air mattresses, inflatable boats, balls or any other objects in the pool is not permitted, except when it is needed by children learning their way in swimming
PARKING AREA RULES:
1. Guest's pay parking area is available on a "first come, first serve" basis.
2. Overnight parking is also available on a "first come, first serve" basis.
3. The unit owner shall not responsible or liable for any loss or damage done to vehicles parked in the said area.
ACCESS CONTROL, SAFETY AND SECURITY RULES:
1. Only personnel registered with the Administration Office will be allowed entry into the condominium premises and the unit.
2. Visitors must present and deposit valid identification card with picture, in exchange for a visitor's identification pass.
