Guest access

Registered guests can access common areas, clubhouse and amenities. Use of amenities has minimal fees payable to the Admin.

TAAL VIEW can only be access at the Tower3 Sky Lounge for FREE (not on the window/ or balcony view of the unit) located at the rooftop deck of Tower 3 to see the astonishing 360-degree view of Tagaytay and Taal Lake/Volcano. Kindly confirm to reception as It might be closed during Covid restriction.

To accommodate 1-4 pax, it will be 1 bedroom. In excess to accommodate all 5-8pax, this will be 2 units 1bedrooms as per availability.

Pay Parking Fronting ClubHouse:
30 for 1st 4 hours +10 per succeeding hour Or 100 overnight parking Or 150 overnight parking with re-entry OR Pay Parking Fronting Commercial Area:
40 for the 1st 4 hours +20 per succeeding hour

150 per head (regular day)
300 per head (public holiday)
10 pax pool capacity per 1.30 hrs

Basketball/Tennis Court: 50 per head
Badminton is free from 8am to 6pm

RULES AND PENALTIES
1) EXCESSIVE USE OF ELECTRICITY. Switch off aircon everytime you leave. We are monitoring daily usage of Electricity consumption. Pay 200 per incident.
2) NO PETS ALLOWED : Fine 2000 php
3) Missing key/ auto lock- 500 php
4) Any missing or broken items, pay accordingly.
5) Read COMPLETE RULES and PENALTIES posted inside Condo management.
